In most churches, volunteers are the main resource for getting things done. They are present when the doors open and in most cases they are the ones turning off the lights at the end of service. Yet there is very little that we know about their personal lives or even what drives them to serve week after week.
My, Servants Heart is an assessment resource designed to connect with your volunteers and ministry leaders. Too often we assume, that because an individual is always on time at their designated station, they are doing fine; then we fail to enquire about their well-being. This assessment provides an opportunity for volunteers and ministry leaders to be heard and to express their private thoughts (anonymously) as a servant. They want to know the leadership cares about them beyond their timeliness and their duties.
